I would suspect that traders believe the shareholders will not approve merger. That is why we have the discount. That is the reason RATL has stayed up in the teens. However, once traders realize that the deal will go through RATL may continue to drop even more...... It may be smart to go long on PASW and short on RATL. MAtt
