I remember you were not that impressed with the products of IGTG. In the time since, you may have been proven right as they seem to be in the same stage of development that they were then.

However, I tend not to care that much about the product claims as you know, given that one can get experts to claim both sides to a product's prospects.

I'm more concerned about the capital structure and the related issue of management being "shareholder friendly."

To that end the IHub board is filled with Sands' approach to shareholders. He misrepresented the share structure many times and then topped it all off with a r/s from IGTN to IGTG, that he claimed would help shareholder value. The chart shows that the opposite actually came to pass.

I'm not here as a disgruntled shareholder as I actually made money on my holdings but feel that others should be warned. The products, especially secure balance, since very much in need and I would love to see them succeed.

However, it won't matter if they succeed if they continue policies that are based on dilution, dumping and r/s of shareholders' interest.
