I doubt your too demanding. We can change on-line brokers and many of us do if we don't like the screens and service.

for example I use ameritrade for my trades but keep an account with waterhouse for money market etd. money rate is higher. Why get a low transaction rate and then when you go to cash get the money taken back from you in the form of a low interest... I haven't compared the rates in the last year but it was something like a full % difference.
