The Station

No single thing stands out as a testament to Tim's life in our community better than the thread header for Tim's final thread, SI Crazy Train, the thread which was later renamed to The Good- The Bad and The Ugly. The thread was created on August 10, 2000 and consists of about 8600 posts, so far. There are 350 member bookmarks and the last stock recommended by Tim Luke on that thread has done very well since Tim first pointed it out. The header of the thread is unusual, it has an exceptional seventy seven revisions.
In the original header Tim laid out the rules for the thread, there were six;
1...only large cap stocks
2..no momo's
3..NO BB stocks
4..no hyping
5..no bashing
6..no pump ~n~ dumps

Tim added this paragraph so readers would know what his intentions were in starting the thread;
this is a position trading thread...wantabe day traders are NOT welcomed here...
In the third revision of the header, three weeks later, there were only two rules;
1..no bashing
2..no pump ~n~ dumps

One week later rule three was readopted;
3..no BB stocks
