wayne, we concur. bush won fairly. three times. he didn't win the most accurate count, but neither did he manipulate a win (though he gets a B for effort ;-). sure, harris looked stupid, but the bottom line is that harris could have accepted ballots on monday morning and gore would still have lost. gore gets an A+ for trying to manipulate a win. "i know bill clinton. al gore, you are no bill clinton" ;-)
