During my research, I found that ALN (ALLEN TELECOM) is a major investor of RFMD.

ALN owns 12% of RFMD stocks; from a statement issued in JULY, seems like ALN has a vast interest in RFMD.

I also did a research on ALN; ALN is a very well run company, excellent revenue growth and stock price near all time high.

It could be that ALN may end up being the company to acquire RFMD.

RFMD current rating is 1.3-2 strong buy and 1 buy.
