I also subscribe to Zacks, and have learned not to pay too much attention to Zack's rating. The rating tends to reflect earnings revisions and momentum, but I tend to go by fundamentals anyway. I do, however, look at the broker's recommendations as the customers of these brokerages use this information for buying and selling decisions.
