Thank you for a cogent analysis - I agree. However, healthcare legislation should be a positive, should it not. The Feds have tightened the screws too tight - four nursing home companies have gone into bankruptcy. The Feds, IMO, will not allow this to continue. Thus, new legislation is called for that will ease the constraints on the industry. Shouldn't that help AET?

The management and digestion of acquisitions are problems that will have to dealt with IMO. Time will tell.
