That would be an interesting court battle. But that teacher would likely lose their livelihood. Per the bill text:

The teacher would likely lose their livelihood. And Texas courts don't recognize any language besides English, King James English is acceptable because jeebus spoke it.

I guess the lege took it on itself to edit the commandments. The mandatory text is neither the Exodus 20 or the Deuteronomy 5 version. Don't think are are enough Catholics to contest it, but their version says nothing about graven images, Protestants, of course, will have to throw out all their greenbacks.
