there is a first for everything!

over here in california they are talking about bailing out the homeowners who could only afford the teaser 1% rate instead of the actual rate.

person after person say they just didn't understand what was going on.

some of those folks that some in california want to bail out are illegal aliens - that's has to be icing on the californicator cake, no?

i also heard that this soon to be big bust isn't like previous busts.

FOLKS ARE LOSING THEIR HOMES EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE RETAINED THEIR JOBS!

well, they haven't lost their jobs yet, anyway. i think many will, though (and i think almost everyone is at risk - including yours truly).

good luck - i think we may need it over then next 0-10 years.
