Here's a quote from a recent Louis Rukeyser's Wall St. According to Byron Wein, Morgan Stanley biggie,

"I'm still very bullish on Intel... I'm a great believer in buying great companies and holding them. And you can't do that without experiencing periodic setbacks. Intel is going through a soft period here, but it still has the characteristic of being able to continuously regenerate its own product line. It hasn't had to catch up with other innovations, and that's a powerful asset. It think Intel is going to continue to be a good investment, and I don't think its p/e ratio is exorbitant."

Someone in the investment world gets it.
