If any of you will be purchasing new TV Tuner cards in the coming weeks you may want to get the ATI All-In-Wonder.
As it is the card that Microsoft is officially supporting during the beta phase of Win98 -- Microsoft's drivers that support the Broadcast Architecture are being written for this card. Other TV Tuner card manufacturers will have to write their own drivers and will likely be behind in the process.

WavepTop probably has it's own driver and could work with a variety of cards. I don't know enough just yet to say.
--------

Windows 98 'Preview Edition' will be available for $29.00 at computer stores or through the mail. (note the drivers in that release don't support the ATI All-In-Wonder PRO high-end card)

One of the more interesting features of Win98 is the Multi-monitor drivers where you can plug in up to 9 monitors and spread out a virtual desktop among them. You could place WaveTop on it's own monitor.

Testers are reporting: a tuner card (with monitor output) works OK as the primary monitor card and one of the 'approved' PCI/AGP monitor cards can be used as secondary. (old ISA buss cards can't be used as the 2nd card) I'm waiting for permission to post the list of 'approved' monitor cards here.
