All 256 MB shows up in the POST, in System Information and in my System Monitor: Allocated Memory. I am not sure what the Memory Hole at 15M is. I am not overclocking anything.

There have been discussions regarding this phenomenon previously on this thread...and I was never certain of any conclusion...

Even though the caution level on my Resource Meter may be at 33% of 256MB, rather than 33% of the previous 128MB, I still am not able to concurrently run any more applications than before and I do not know why... :^(

Just one of those mysterious Windows idiosyncrasies I suppose...
