Ted, I agree with your comments. One area the Gore team didn't stress was that the statistician indicated a correlation between non-votes & dem affiliation but it was glossed over. Don't know what the correlation factor was but it could have been used to counter Spencer's simplistic arguements. Didn't help that Gore put the 5 X 157 in their written brief which was used against them.

Agree that the ballots throughout Fl will likely be subject to scholarly review using the tools of peer review & the scientific method so that will be interesting. Rich
