jcc, the changes one can make to the system.ini file and vcache don't involve a credit card (per item 3.23). i just added the two lines to my file and will reboot and see what happens. to answer your question, i've only compared the windows monitors and norton monitors briefly. i've always installed norton software on a pc the instant i turn it on. :) mark
