Jack, welcome back. I really do mean that. I respect your opinions--agree with some and disagree with others. NOnetheless, enjoy reading them all. I believe I have been civil in expressing myself to you and others. I realize that you did not "say" that the INTC MM could not or should not post on this thread. However, your threat or promise (or however you chose to describe it) of turning over the post by the INTC MM to the SEC was clearly designed to inhibit, if not prevent, his posting again. If I were him, I would say to myself, "why post--I'll just read". I see no particular good in your decision to turn over the post to authorities. I sincerely believe that any complaint you raise with the SEC regarding this post will do nothing to change the MM situation as you see it. If it exists, it has existed for years and one post isn't going to change anything. The SEC knows what is going on just as well as you do. In any event, you are free to say what you want, when you want and to whom you want. I only hope that the MM stays on this thread, unhibited by the fear of having his comments turned over to authorities. Good evening.
