Dennis, according to Florida Today there seems to be no launch delay
for the CDRD sat, even though the Garuda-1 and Eutelsat's Seasat launches are "on hold due to recent failure". At least the Garuda
starts from the same DM Block, just like the CD sat. I dont know how to explain this contradiction.
