Thanks for the referenced piece. I wonder if there is even one company out there in tech land that has hired a marketing manager who doesn't wear rose coloured glasses? (g)

By the way, I don't see how any real "balance" will be achieved in the memory markets in 2001, given the massive inventories currently in place, the continued improvement of yield, the emergence of DDR, and the reduced demand for PCs and cell phones.
