I don't know but listening to the news conference yesterday they have state police and FBI and all kinds of folks involved so I'm sure there was a test. Since only one of the 8 shot even had a gun I don't think he is going to be able to claim he was in fear of his life. Especially after chasing down and shooting the women in the back. It's just truly incredible and not something us folks are used to dealing with.
