Ok thanks. Was thinking it would be a lot higher as, like the other poster, I seem to recall a lot of very dilutive offerings over the years. But, I'm sure you have followed the story closer than I have. I do have to concede that the recent BAX collaboration (and $60M up-front) did at least give CTIC some credibility that I think had been lacking over the years.
