400,000 and 9% of PVO cash? I thought that came out to about 1.2 mill Its the way the whole thing is set up. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Perhaps an accountant could show us just how stacked this deal is. I am chasing some other stock right now so this is on the back burner. Perhaps I am confused. Clipper59 on SH may be able to shed some light on what it means. He was a broker at one time and must have read aton of this stuff. Good nite ralfph
