Downdraft, My name is David Porter 11 Kobolanski Street Chernivtsy Ukraine 58000. I own and operate a small internet cafe and I am long PLNI. I also have ties in Fort lauderdale. I would like very much to know about Turek's Chapter 11 and the $4.7 million in shares being doled out to creditors for personal debt. Maybe you could shed some light on how many shares he is giving out and why the AS was increased from 2 billion to 5 billion shares without any aknowledgement to the share holders?
