Ok, I've put together a basket of short term puts and calls for the Fed announcement. Lots of folks expecting a cut and rally, some folks expecting hold or discount rate cut and sell- off. I make $$ if market makes big move in either direction and yet somehow I get the feeling there are enough folk playing both ways going into the Fed meeting that the way for Wall St. to screw the most people would be to keep the market flat after the announcement.
