Alastair,

I don't know if you are one of the short sellers that have been having the discussion on Roger Babb's short list and you are only trying to fuel the fires, but REFR investors are not fooled by your rhetoric. There is NO way that this deal can be misconstrued and the shorting will only bring us more cheap shares (and coincidentally I am switching my REFR to a Roth IRA and have to pay on the amount it's worth the day of transfer so this is actually GOOD news to me since I wanted it to stay low just a bit longer). The shorts have been hitting this stock regularly. Babb himself shorted on August 31 below $6-1/2 and probably has been trying to rally others to join him. The long term investors have been there before. We all happen to be extremely knowledgeable regarding our investment and its future---more than you know. So don't worry about us. Cheaper shares will be welcome.

ND

P.S. REFR doesn't need the cash. They have 3 years of cash now and products and royalties coming soon. So short away, we can only benefit by loading up and then we will already have our shares while you guys will still have to be buying back yours and with what is coming down the pike I wouldn't trade positions with you for all the tea in China.
