Joseph Hoane,

I appreciate your comments and concerns. I also agree with you regarding the RB site. For serious informed discussions about Osicom I do indeed visit, benefit from, and some time participate at the RB site. But my reason for being here is two fold.

As you may remember, during last two years while I have been an investor in Osicom, I have seen these shorts attack this company constantly and continuously to destroy it. Osicom was a development stage company. Due to way it was created - by acquisitions - it had legacy products that along with convertible preferred shares financed its product development. The preferred convertible shares by very nature are expected to be dilutive. Legacy product in high tech arena are known to result in declining revenues. Nothing new nothing surprising. But a more common approach - venture capital financing - if employed would have been extremely more dilutive. So Par had a brilliant idea and plan. He would use legacy products of these acquired companies to pay for most of the cutting edge revolutionary IT products with least amount of dilution, until new products are developed and ready for sales. But he did not figure for one thing.

He did not figure that there are criminal elements that have essentially become involved and absorbed in the financial markets. SEC has been trying to root out them but has not had much success so far. They use all means available to them (allied reporters at Barrons, internet bulletin boards, etc) to spread false rumors, untrue stories, and baseless allegations about the company, management, and products. Once the ground work is done, these vultures use the otherwise legitimate practice of shorting to destroy. The small developing companies that do not have enough resources to develop their small businesses and products and at the same time fight off these leaches. These small developing companies also do not have adequate analyst/research coverage at this stage of their life. Taking advantage of these limitations, these criminal come down hard on these companies. As a result, the investing public cannot adequately check the credibility of all the false rumors, untrue stories, and baseless allegations spread about the company by these thugs. So, under the pressure of relentless shorting coupled with barrages of misinformation, the stock tanks. The company is destroyed, and these criminal move on to the next target.

That is precisely what happened with Osicom during last two years. It is essentially a miracle that it survived. It not only survived these criminal assaults by these thugs, it showing strong signs that it is on its way to become a major factor in network and transmission industry, either on its own, or after becoming part of another large company in the industry. This is all due to the hard work, focused vision, resilience, and ability to adopt, by the management. The tide has turned, these vulture and leaches are on the run. But clearly they have not accepted the defeat. In their retreat they want to and attempt to strike and bite again and again.

As I said above, my reason for being here is two fold.

First, to celebrate the turning of the tide. What you call verbal garbage, it actually a victory dance or sort. A dance to celebrate the victory in the first battle. To have some fun after being under assault for long time.

Second, to start responding to these leaches and vultures in the language they speak and understand. Also, so that any visitors to the site do not consider any lack of response as a validation of claims made by these characters. Also, these responses are made with the objective to show that we do not take the venom spread by them seriously anymore, and that it is essentially laughable.

I am sure serious posters like you will continue to provide positive factual information to the new visitors. In due time when these vultures fly away, and I get bored with this stuff, I'll joint you in your efforts to spread the good stuff.

Regards,

Afaq Sarwar
