Surely you aren't using the same router that connects to the 'net to router between your servers ? Does this mean that the files aren't being archived, mirrored, or anything to protect them from transient events? Is this why we have to constantly deal with the spikes ? It sounds like NAQ is getting the run-around and it is being pased along to us.

I for one think that as a paying customer we deserve a complete explanation of the trouble/resolution on these outages.

I think some money well spent would be to get Cisco or Bay in there for a couple of days of network analysis. NOT the phone co. they are clueless about routing et al. Hell, take up a collection, I'll ante up (as long as I can watch/help)
