I take back what I said yesterday about lease rates suggesting that gold is no longer being leased and sold into the market to cap the price. They were up this morning as the POG was being driven down. This suggests to me that leased gold is still be used to cap the price. I suppose it could be that traders believe that the market is over bought and due for a correction but I doubt.
