It could be "the real thing", though I am not buying. In the last few days I have seen other "dogs" (weak financials and poor profitability) make a similar run induced by news (here it is the new customer and the suit resolution). Right now the market cap is in excess of $100 MM and it will take some time before sales are going to catch up to this lofty levels. If sales do catch up, they'll need a lot of more cash to support such growth. It all depends on the financial health of their customers, and that industry is still struggling a little here.
