Emil,

As the share price gap upwards to $24 is (momentarily!) somewhat high, I quite agree that there should be a premium to be considered for the warrants. For the true fans of MVIS, we see $24 before the expiration of the warrants as a mere technicality, so I choose to stick with the warrants with the intention of swapping to shares in due course.
