P. -- Traditionally, juniors are well behind the curve in an up market for gold. Maxam certainly is! <G> But if the financing comes through (big if, I know), even if it takes a year, Maxam could still catch the train. Go4it has a very good point (he usually does). His doubt is certainly realistic. IMVHO, the best thing to do now is to wait, wait and then wait. It will happen or it won't. Go4it is well out and (I hope) sleeps better. If Maxam gives him preferred stock, may he make good use of it for the betterment of his fiscal situation. It will certainly be a surprise to him if it happens. And Chucka and Go4it are friends from way back, still wishing each other the best, I know, as they wander down their separate ways. Best, Ed D.
