Y'know.. you ramble on about "dominance" and "big playgrounds", but you DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO DEAL WITH THE HARD EVIDENCE regarding CO2 and O2 levels.

That's the problem here. You will continue to ramble on DESPITE the evidence that there are natural forces at work here that are quite likely more responsible for climate change than man's contributions.

The fact that over the past 5000 years the oceans have risen, DESPITE NO HUMAN CONTRIBUTION TO GLOBAL WARMING generates indifference on your part.

The fact that while CO2 levels might be rising, O2 levels are DECREASING, doesn't lead you to the epiphany that this may be due to the 30% decrease in phytoplankton levels. You don't seem to understand that phytoplankton, and not the rain forest, represent the true "lungs" of planet earth, or that they consume CO2 and release O2.

You can't treat the disease if you ignore the symptoms.

And sure, it doesn't help that man is spewing CO2 into the atmosphere from burning fossil fuel. But that's why it's so important to foster botanical life in our oceans, as well as terrestrially, in order to preserve the capability to maintain C02/O2 levels. And since it's pretty damn obvious that it's going to take awhile to find economically viable alternatives to fossil fuels, then we'd better start thinking about providing the means to promote botanical growth.
