<Optical switches maker Tellium lowers IPO terms
WASHINGTON, March 7 (Reuters) - Tellium Inc., which makes optical switches for telecommunications makers, on Wednesday lowered the number of shares it plans for an initial public offering to 15 million shares and the projected price to $8 to $10 a share.

It was the first time the Oceanport, N.J.-based company lowered its IPO terms since setting them in November at 17.5 million shares at an estimated price range of $13-$15 each.

The offering now will raise up to $150 million, down almost 43 percent from $262.5 million it expected to raise under the previous terms.

The company did not disclose why it lowered the proposed IPO share amount or price range.> this i would think would not be a bullish indicator for CORV--ideas?
