KZAP, go to START/FIND/FILE or FOLDERS, type in, *.tmp,*.bak on top line, Highlite C:\ on bottom line, (Look In), if this is the Hardrive, check the box (include subfolders) maximize the page. Click on FIND NOW, Click on VIEW/SELECT ALL, CLICK on File/Delete. This will send all the .TMP/.BAK files to Recycle Bin. Be sure the Recycle Bin is empty before you do this. Leave all the .tmp,.bak files in the Recycle Bin a few days to see if everything work. If not, click on Recycle Bin and UNDO, this sends them back to their original location. Otherwise click on Recycle Bin/FILE and EMPTY RECYCLE BIN. Once they are in Recycle you can see how many MB's you located. (I just found 8.5MB that I got rid of).
