Well Janice think of us stock holders as mini banks, and the companies want to borrow our monies. As with any lender they must show us all their assets and liabilities, balance sheet along with past income statements and projected income before we will loan them the funds. Those estimates are a tool for the mini banks.

Oh I don't pay no never mind to them any way. :-)
