Although SI is clearly having some problems on their end, a big piece of the problem is with Netcom. Several times I have done a traceroute to techstocks.com only to find a dead or very slow router before the techstocks gateway. A lot of the time, even though you seem to have "slow" access, some of your packets are getting dropped into the bit bucket. If you hit "next", and the status bar says "waiting for reply", and nothing happens, hit escape and click on "next" again. There is a good chance that your transmission never got to SI, even though your bowser browser sent it.
