Moore's strategy for crossing the chasm involves establishing a niche beachhead. For sndk, this appears to be the digicam CF business. If, so, this is one heck of a giant beachhead. And it's demand for flashram is insatiable. Look at the list of new 3Mpixel cameras coming out. steves-digicams.com The above link is a review of the nikon 990. This tells me 2 things : 1. The digicam upgrade cycle might follow the 18 month PC upgrade cycle. Like a moth to the flame, I'll have to get one to replace my 950. 2. Those 2 96MB CF I bought for my 950 now seems too small, sndk needs to make 160MB ones soon. The one below takes SmartMedia, since I do want to reuse the various CF cards I have, I'll probably have to pass on it. photo.askey.net During the CC, Eli talked about "WHEN we were in the CHASM." Everyone must still be reeling when sndk lost half of thursday's gain. Can't win em all. sndk is one of my core holdings and still remains one of the low-maintainance, buy and forget about it stock. Nibbled again today, but too early in the day. Paid too much this time. Just a nibble though.
