LOL I'm employed! After a tough year in tech. Tech has to stay here in N. California, because we need Stanford and Berkeley, and the large employers Cisco, Intel etc. The decision to start a technology industry here was made before proposition 13 was considered to be an issue. The technology industry overall is more important than one law.
