Matty, I think you've already lost sight of your purpose here. You stated you want to get to the truth but I see you've only posted information that is favorable so far.

Why don't you call a few of the numbers posted today regarding the cutting operation in Hialeah, the Alfalfa Stores or give the name of where your friend buys water in NY. The issue of the certificate from MVP is up in the air. etc etc...

Although people say fundamentals aren't relative to the squeeze, IMO they are...who is going to pay more than .20 for shell ? So far there isn't much evidence that anyone will. Tom was wrong when he told you the SEC would make the shorts pay.. The SEC cannot make the shorts pay. The MM's may have to pay and it may break them as in the case of one of the OVIS MM's already in the HTST situation.

But when these things fall apart you can rest assured it isn't the shareholder that gets the money, it's the attorneys and the SEC in the form of fines and penalties. Also, while you may be new to this,, this saga is being played out on other threads on SI. SEXI may have been the highest profile case on SI but there are others. NVID, GIFS are 2 that come to mind. In the case of NVID, the officers of the company were arrested because they were using shareholder money to buy expensive homes in FL. Do you know the story of BRE-X ? SPend some of your investigative time on some of these threads and you many learn something about scams. There have been many many penny stocks that died aborning because there is nothing to back them up.
