Surinder,

I own SEG and QNTM. SEG has been executing better lately but QNTM looks like a comeback candidate now too. As attractive as QNTM 's 1997 p/e appears, its 1996 p/e approaces infinity, so they have a little more work to do to fulfill your 1997 p/e figures. Insider buying does seem like a promising sign though.
