I'm talking about the Constitution. I believe the impeachment provision should be amended to require a greater majority in the House. I'm told that suggesting constitutional amendments in light of later experience is "arrogance." Well, then, Congress has arrogantly caused the document to be amended more than two dozen times since its adoption. I guess those amendments should be repealed.
