From raging bull.

There seems to be more action on ragingbull than here. No one is out hyping this stock on SI, so it's kind of quiet for now. Here's Heidi's response to a series of questions on ragingbull.

Sorry for the delay in anwswering your questions. I had some
problems getting online over the weekend. Here are as many answers
as I can provide for you.

Heidi

1. When was the distribution agreement with USF signed?
The current agreement with US Foodservice has been in place since Fall of 1998. DPPI has received warehouse space with USF and Dippers are now stocked at LaMirada, near LA. A more detailed agreement with USA is expected to be signed in the near future that will provide more benefits to both companies.

2. Branding agreement with ConAgra? Letter of intent was signed in 1998 and formal agreement is being reviewed now.

3.What are your estimates for sales in Feb. and March of 1999?
The company expects to sell over 160,000 units in February and
over 250,000 units in March.

4.Is on line ordering available on your web site? Not yet but it is
something we are working on. Our goal is to make our website a
focal point of our marketing efforts by providing an interactive website for kids to enjoy and come back to as well as an information source for food service directors that need product and ordering information.

5.How many shares in the public float? How many held by insiders?
There are just over 10 million shares issued and outstanding. There are approximately 1 million shares in the float. I will find out and post the exact directors/ management positions later.

6.Besides schools, what other institutional servers are now buying your product? Dippers are being looked at by other institutional servers such as correctional facilities and stadiums.

7.Does Dippy have any future plans to expand to the Midwest? Most definitely. This will be facilitated through relationships with companies such as US Foodservice who have national distribution capabilities.
