Tastes Like Chicken,

I have a Moog Etherwave theremin. It's a pretty cool device and makes some great sounds but it is a bitch to try to play a melody. Old Clara, besides being one of the scarier looking performers I've ever seen, can really "hit the notes". I've never really sat down and practiced at it too much so that may be the problem.

I do get extensive use out of it on Halloween, and kids like it. If you've got the right music software you can get some bizarre effects (pitch shifting, echo, etc.) with theremin wav files. Good luck on your project.

P.S. The Captain Beefheart song "Electricity" has some good theremin playing on it.
