Is Lucent and Nortel doing much in iptv?

Not perfected yet is the answer.

The trouble is lack of experience in the broadcasting field.

Lack of consumer pass time studies.

So, a number of smaller more nimble players have a better chance of servicing the telco with proven equipment and software that can get more customers to sign on for iptv service.
