I do not see Barr as anyone i would like in the white house, Hmm, any specific reasons why you feel that way? but I will try to understand what he proposes. In a nutshell, Barr and the LP stand for putting the brakes on the gangrenous, taxing, regulating nanny government monster that is slowly choking the life out of what was once a truly great country. McBambi and company simply want to keep feeding the beast (and bankrupting us in the process) and driving its tentacles ever further into every aspect of our economic and personal lives. If you want to see specifics of the LP and Barr's policies (there is a divergence of opinion among libertarians on many issues, BTW) then check out lp.org and bobbarr2008.com IMO, this country is a train running the wrong way down the tracks and heading for a nasty smashup, sooner rather than later...
