No estimate on projected losses. As you seem to imply with your question, there is probably no incentive for Monsanto to increase stock price. They do have incentive to return company to profitability since there will be some sort of consolidation of results. If CGNE produces profits stock might rise irrespective of value of price increase to Monsanto if their objective is to obtain 100% interest. See company trading in range of $4 to $10 over next 3 to 5 years depending on how market see takeover prospects. Long shot is outside bid to Monsanto for its controling interest with subsequent offer to minority holders. Such a bid in my opinion could come from German, Swiss or Japanese Agro-Chemical Co. Swiss bought up number of seed cos years ago. Think market quickly figured out that upside was limited when Monsanto first bailed them out. Europes boycott of genitically enhanced soybeans is also a negative re other altered grains.
