Hi Ronald,

I am no where near an expert on the markets but I can pass on what I know and hope others can expand on this.

The Cdn market is an open market with very little protection for the investor. The TSE has a very strict listing policy which does a thourough examination of the company to prevent scams or fly by nighters. It takes very little to get on the cdn. This exchange has been described to me as the first step to get to the TSE(like ATAPA) or a dumping ground for failed tse stocks(I once held a stock that was dumped to the cdn from the TSE and lost significant value). Look at the Cdn market in the paper and you will see very few stocks over $10. This would limit the stocks upward potential much more than the TSE.

The TSE is also Canada's best exchange and therefore gets more international exposure. The cdn has also been descibed as central Canada's VSE which I think is unfair for the Cdn.

Hope this helps, if anyone wants to add I would also like to hear it.

Dennis
