I bailed on SISK when the market gave us a couple of days of trading at 10+ cents per share. I don't see much left for the common shareholders after the debt holders seize the two major gold deposits. I also agree that management must have been pretty incompetent to float the convertible debt issues. The common shareholders would have been better served with a rights offering (less dilution).
