Juan, I almost pasted the same news flash here this a.m., but ya beat me to it <g>....good going olde bean!! I have to be quite honest here and state that I'm not exactly sure what this means. I'm not familiar with conversions of debentures, etc. Juan, can you ( in plain english explain to those of us with a dimly lit lightbulb over our heads ), what exactly brought KNIC to this point? I am no longer day trading this one.....and have already accumulated shares within the 5 3/4 - 6 1/8 range. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. I do not hype stocks but have made many attempts to apprise members on "the picks" thread, about KNIC. It seems that if your not a smooth talking TA type or a cocky investor with stock broker lingo....the thread does not take your picks seriously. But that's okay. The members there seem to be making $1000's daily on their picks anyway......they dont NEED my input. I do feel they will be missing out on a nice ride on KNIC, doubling their investment within 6 months or less. Either which way, feel free to explain what all this SEC talk means. Regards, Steve
