The short position's not that big. On another note: the shares you refer to are only "invalid" if the court decides that they are. As previously observed, a company can't unilaterally cancel stock. Or announce--with equally unilateral assurance--that millions of shares will be "called into name". "Immediately", no less.

What's happened to that "immediately"? And what's happened to all those people who were supposed to go to jail? More than two weeks have passed, nobody's been incarcerated, nothing's happened, the trial --if there'll ever be one--hasn't even begun.

As I believe I asked earlier: do you have any idea what all this litigation is gonna end up costing the shareholders? And what's funniest is that AZNT shareholders are, it would seem, footing the legal bills not ONLY for AZNT, but ALSO for Gary Sylver and his own firm, Titan Investments.
