I would not be surprised if one element of Anthony's sentencing is something to the effect that he is barred from anything related to the securities markets for life.

But that may be a question of law and exactly which offenses appear on the "guilty" list. It would be a sensible move by the judge, since the crime was a criminal effort to manipulate markets.

JMHO.

PS For those who thought I defended Cramer, I thought my "little twerp" reference would have made my position clear. Cramer is a neurotic asshole, IMHO.

The point was the pathetic futility of Tony's revenge fantasies against members of the real financial establishment. He could bring down penny stock scam CEOs, but he was never more than a tiny pimple of the butt on the real establishment, none of whom ever suffered a lick from his rantings and delusions about how powerful he really was, IMHO.

Who's still standing at the end of the whole 1998-2005 Anthony Elgindy soap opera? That's the more interesting question to me.
